Ive been doing cable/satellite since I was in high school. believe me a long time. I come from a strong union family. I do have reservations about unions, but like any organization its good or bad based on the people running it. That being said, I do think something needs to be done about our Industry. What it is I don't know. I do know that we are on the right track by at least discussing it. Hopefully (even through the rantings and venting sessions) we can come to some kind of consensus about how to change our industry for the better. I don't know if unions are the answer, but at least something is on the table.
