Home Theater companies should have low voltage lic

Whats up with these guys and companies? Doesn't their legitimate company have low voltage license? Or are they trying to do it the cheap way and use ours? It seems all this is someone just trying to cut in on those that earn their own. If you have a low voltage license do your own business why work for them? Just to give them the profit that is rightfully yours? Something is fishy here!
