I am putting in these Electroline Addressable taps and spliters, but iam haveing some issues with them shutting down after about 4 days. They also have a led light that is suposied to light up but some of the dont, the have signal and voltage going into them and signal comeing out on the ones that dont light up. The ones that are shutting down are light up till they shut down. I am Installing the 16 port tap splitters right now for this conversion which is an actvie conversion. So customers are calling in for an outage and mantinace is rolling up and Iam still swinging over new subs to the neww taps and taps i put in 4 days ago are just shuting off.
Once i give the tap info relating to the port # and the suite # Back to TWC iam free form the build but they shuting down faster then i can produce. Anybody else seen this.
