Notice the rusted bolt on the foot, the single legacy lnbf, and the cable lying across the "porch". Looks more like the work of one of our friendly illegals doing their own install. Then when it doesn't work right they call DISH for a service call. Or maybe it was done by a cable hack who got fired from every local company so he thought he'd try doing satellite instead and put his vast knowledge to work. After all, everyone knows satellite is so much easier and the standards are low, right? No, the DISH tech is the one who has to come out and reinstall the system in order to bring everything up to specs for the price of a service call.
