It is locked with a terminator and a service tag with my tech number on it
Also the box was fine so why replace it???
The splitter is not a 400 meg (who uses 400 meg splitters anyway)
It is an Antronix 5-1000 BRAND NEW Comcast issued device LOOK CLOSER
