Cell phones are a luxury and I don't appreciate getting to pay for one for people who live on welfare and are NOT looking for work. This is BS period no matter how you slice it. They could put a phone in someone's house cheaper than a cell phone costs per month. People with ideals like this are part of the problem with this country. Socialists that need to move to socialist countries that already exist instead of trying to change this one into a socialist country. Socialism will KILL this country.
