Terriorist defined by a dictionary states: a person who terrorizes or frightens others.
A crazy psyco-fucker with an stockpile of weapons shooting up people in a local Burger King might be frightening...a bit.. a tad ... a schmidge. The "Domestic" part simply is discribing that he lives in his home country.
