there will not be a 99 or 103 available for any meter dtv is keepin them to prevent hackin and dithering no longer exists them smart ppl now call it fine tuning lol no difference same thing lol if u cant pass u need more trainin on peakin the dish i dont dither fine tune ever and always pass bcause i know how to use my meter. but if u dont fully understand the meter find 2 equals 30%and count rotations (not the dials on the fine tuners)till u hit 30 again divide by two then do other one walla.
