First you need to "string" the antennas to make sure they are not warped. You also need to check your feed alignment and focal point setting.
Then with antennas that size you should only peak them when satellite is center of the box, you can get that info from the satellite operator.
You will also need a spec-an to peak your polarity, that really cant be done with just a meter.
As far as amps go, how long are your IFL runs to the headend?
