Ft. Smith, Arkansas is the same no backcharge BS, they supply everything plus van when we were busy over the summer pay was close to what I was making as a contractor but it is slow now some weeks I dont even see 40 hours. How are you paid piece or hourly?
I hate living here in Ar. want to move back to Fl. I know there is a O & O in No. Fl just dont know anything about the office.
