I believe the techs should get paid as long as they have done the job correctly. I hate the companies that rob hard working techs that do the job the right way. It makes hard for techs to trust the good companies. But we have techs that do hack jobs that feel that they should get paid for jobs they did messed up they even made a comment on this post. You cant expect to contractors to pay for jobs that the HSP's have back charged for service or rebuilds.
