Systems Engineering Test Manager

BSEE/MSEE preferred, 7 yrs. work experience in a related field required. Design and operation of engineering laboratory test beds. Experience with engineering lab testing of board, module and system level telecommunications products involving advanced optical, digital and analog circuits and components. Extensive familiarity with ISO 9001, engineering tests and concepts, procedures and documentation. Extensive familiarity with CATV and Telco standards and protocols (ANSI, Bellcore, ITU, etc.) Experience with modern ATE and test technologies and practices. Must have a working knowledge of CATV technologies. Testing and moving of equipment, therefore the candidate must be able to lift 40lbs.
