In short Loco ... Yes.

If that bill makes it into Law ... Your payroll will now have an additional 5.4% gross adjusted tax put on it regaurdless.  Public Option, Private, or none ... You still pay the tax.  If you opt to have NO insurance, then you are fined for not having insurance.

Either way ... The governement wants more of your money.

...and this from the guy who told you while he was campaigning "...you will not see your taxes go up.  Not one cent."
