Directv billing question.

Anybody out there getting paid line item on upgrades that can tell me Is a multiswitch install a line item? In other words, upgrade 20.00  install hddvr 20.00  add 2nd line for dvr 20.00 is a multiswitch also a paid line item? The guy I am working for says it is not he is just reimbursed for the multi switch, am I getting f@#$$d?
