You could try the other way....go to the local cops and swear a warrant for theft of services.
Every state is different in this...........but start at the court house in the county where you worked.
If Rodrigues Media Inc. is operating outside Florida without a local trade license that is another issue...
There is a difference between a short check and no check.
Get started soon, save any checks you do have and write down the bank information...find their assets.
Contact the Florida Board of Corporations..Their web site shows no address but Francis Rodrigues as the VP.
Do your checks have an address?
What is on their contract.....looks like a scam!
