we as subs are not paying for stock we still get the same prices as always my boss pays for everything & so are all primes in the time warner system in north west ohio they started this last feb. & the thing is primes cant buy stock from any other supplier just time warner i have been an installer here for 15 years i quit installs & went back to our under ground devision & time warner mandates that we buy a certin amount of stock every week weather we need it or not "HOW FUKED UP IS THAT"
