It will happen because the future holds no future for any of us. The word is that they will not need any techs in the future. Why should Mastec stay? Why should any of us? All we do is increase their capability and they pay our hard work back by ignoring our complaints of non-pay , abuse, etc with answers like>>>"You don't work for us, you work for that contractor and we have no control how they treat you". So my reply back to them was thanking you very much for your ethics sir" We all know they could and don't, so lets get them rich for it! All the way up untill you are broke, down and out or untill the position disapears all together!
