90/20, means $90 for the dish, ground block and first receiver. $20 for each additional tuner/receiver.
This formula applies, no matter what the rates are, i.e. 60/10/25 pays $60 for the dish, ground block, and first receiver, $10 for the second receiver and $25 for the third receiver.
