I just was at the JDSU booth at the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo in Denver and one of their technical rep's informed me that they are still working on it. At present the Stealthware is NOT compatable with Windows 7 (or Vista for that matter). After talking with another (non-JDSU man) he also informed me that Windows 7 has the option to also run in the Windows XP mode.
Personally I have put off purchasing a new laptop for years because of the Vista incompatability issues with Stealthware and other programs. I just recently purchased a SONY VAIO VGN-NS305D for under $600 on-line. The only reason I did this was because it had Vista with the option to "DOWNGRADE TO WINDOWS XP PRO". The downgrade was a very simple process and the Stealthware program runs very well.
I hope that this helps. Good luck!
