   This is why a union is a must for this industry.For anyone who is against a union you need to realize that a union is only as strong as it's members.The majority of the members must be willing to fight and stand up for any member who is in the right.In the beginning of any union it usually gets worse before it gets better but if you are willing and able to stick it out it will pay off and benefit everyone.It's time to carefully think this over and get the ball rolling.
