Do you have a PDA with them. When I was with a Time Warner contractor they charged us a monthly access fee for using a PDA to close jobs, note jobs, inventory. If your having to call into them to close out jobs and note them, then there shouldn't be a charge. I mean that's "THEIR" cost of doing buisness, not yours. Anymore most of these MSO's are trying to get money back from the tech any way they can. Unless its for PDA access (which I still think is retarded, but it beats calling in) I would leave them cause they will find other ways to get your paycheck from you.
