Just becasue it is owned by Dycom it doesn't mean they are great to work for. It is nice to know you are getting a check every two weeks, but the rates are the lowest in the industry and what you receive in return doesn't equal what you are giving up. Also, how you are treated as an employee is poor, at least from what I have experienced. I have said before at one time they were the best to work for, now they are one of the worst, and I don't see them willing to make the changes necessary to improve their employee realtions which is sad because they have soime good employees still.
