Rocky R? Depends on who is in charge. We had a guy that was makijng some techs out like bad techs and then was judging them off because of his dislike for them. They are like everyone else. Watch out they can make up stuff on you and when they do its generally nothing to do with your work. And they like others do charge backs...........I only had one when I was there, but aagain they have no sense of fairness when it comes to who they personally like or dislike.
