If "and I think your in a small system" you can just write down your leaks, the whole system has to be done 1/4 and all leaks above 50 DBMV repaired. Your original wavetracker came with the les reporting program, depending on how old the version is, wavetracker has a online service thats good for all the reports buy I think you might have to spend several hundred to a grand at least to get it updated. Look around on the net you can find online calculators to give you cumulative final results. If you want I can email you a RO and a Closeout report for a system "fictional of course" but accurate also you need a spreadsheet w/daily calibrations to meet FCC Regs.
Yes distance to your leak is calculated 10DBMV at 10' all and above have to be reported and fixed.
