I talked to a guy in their office in Toledo last week. They are subcontractors and give you a vehicle and tools. The only questionable thing is how they pay their techs, they don't pay by the job or hourly. The guy in the office said your pay is based on how many points you have weekly and how they average. I was wondering if anyone else knows about them or has heard of such a pay system.
