tucker heard terrrible things- and sounds like charter is slowly getting them rotated out.  lot of guys leaving them here in atlanta areas.  cui has ton of worthless guys working for them but the op. manager is a great guy personally.   pm me and ill give you his contact info.  cui itself has bunch of convicts working for them in atl area.  supervisor was a cherry picker for certain people.......
