28 in SD, wind 40mph, walking around in my parka, 10 pairs of long underwear, snow boots, cotton + wool socks and still freezing my ass off..sorry to hear bout that desert heat Hook..make sure you stay hydrated..lotta Bud should do it..hahahaha.
