Exactly. How many people have you trained , and they turned around and stabed you in the back? This indestry is full of assholes. I don't train anymore. And I don't leave customers. without picthers while I go to the cablbar to ask how to fix it. Never have , never will. I learned in the field and by reading. Know your equipment, it's your job.
