Yea, so I got the words backwards. Bottom line is: This is not something that can be easily diagnosed or fixed over the internet. We all could be right: But it doesn't matter because we aren't getting paid to fix it. I have seen hum bars out on the line that started in the HE. He didn't say where he found good pictures at. Like I said: Hard to diagnose over the internet. But, you know what, it doesn't really matter anyway.
