In all seriousness, I am heartened by the relatively weak level of participation in that thread. Sure, some people, including me, could have started arguing, but it is hard to argue with such willfully ignorant, parochial, chauvinistic attitude. I'm guessing others saw things the same way. So congratulations to all of you who did not chime in with loco---or even dared to say something against those stances.
