if you don't like the union then you don't have to join but if you tried of getting screwed over by the A HOLE you are working for like the cable comp. or the satilite comp. but if you don't like to stand up to people like that you need to get ripped off when every body go's on STRICK then they lose money and when they start losing money comcast ,time warner, dirictv, dish, cox, charter, all of them have to send there inhouse guy's to do install's and they here about it on CNN , FOX NEWS , ABC , NBC , CBS , that no one is going to get there cable untill these cable GUY'S get payed better and standing in front of the cable comp.'s with sign's protesing for better wages
but if you still like working for a slave driver and treats you like a slave then so be it
