I look at this and think of many abuses of the system. This issue is one of degrees....how much pressure had been asserted to accept work? Was there a threat of less work for refusing unprofitable work? It goes on.
Perhaps becoming aware of these issues would help both sides. Long before things get dragged into court...both sides can always look around and say.."Don't like it..I quite!" or "....don't have more work for you.....found others with better skills & lower prices..seeya!"
Didn't see the common sense.....just another lawyer looking at the same stuff and hitting a different result.
