Re: North Dakota?

There are none that stick around for long.  Every single company there ends up leaving because the area's they have to cover are too large.  Not too many techs are willing to drive for a total of 7-8 hours on top of the time it takes to do the jobs.  It's also not cost effective to drive 2-3 hours one way just to do a simple service call and find out the next day that there's another one in that particular remote corner of the state the next day...
Also, Indian lands have no addresses.  So when you see a work order with an address that says HR Box 232 or something, and you call the person and ask for directions, all you get are, drive south on midas for 4 miles and turn left when you see the horses.  Drive on that road for around 8 miles then turn north at the next set of horses.  Drive on that road for about 13 miles and you will see a tree to the east, do not turn there, keep going for another 12 miles and you will see a dirt road, turn east.
It's not fun there...
