Is this SA gear? If so look for a bad power supply in the trunk amp or the bridger on those can cause those little horizontal lines. Also inputs to the amps and le's have to be at least 12dB (if these are parallel hybrid amps then 16dB at the test port to get 12dB to the first chip) to the trunk amp and around 20dB to the le's. If you hit them too hot then wider horizontal lines or other beats can happen. To low and you get noise. Many times running 3 le's in a row is where you want to look for your rf as it needs to be correct on the inputs. As was said before a test set to find where it is bad and good is a good idea if all rf is correct.
