Just ignore the troll

Everytime someone responds to Gwester843, you are doing 2 things. First you are feeding the troll. And if that isn't bad enough, all responders are dropping to his level, even if you don't see it. If the troll responds here (he will, he won't be able to stop himself) ignore it.

Just post around the troll. I know it is difficult but it can be done. If one person acknowledges the troll with a response then don't have the mindset that it is OK for you to post also.  Can everyone stick together on this issue? It would be one helluva start to proving there can be solidarity between those in this profession and will prove just how professional one really is.
