The MSO's ARE spending good money to the contractors. It is the shit work the bulk of the contractors are doing and the greed of the primes that is fucking the pooch in this industry. Sure the MSO's want as much done as possible for as little as possible. Thats called BUSINESS. But why is everyone making it so damn easy for them? If everyone here did the quality work they claim they do, this would all be a non-issue. But everyone here DOES NOT do quality work and they are compensated as such and instead of improving themselves they just moan and groan and bitch that it is everyone elses fault and they have no fault. THAT is the problem.
