Democrats Vote To Give ACORN Regulatory Authority Over Financial Institutions?!? I picked this up on CSN.



Thursday Democrats on the House Financial Services Committee voted an amendment onto the H.R. 3126 that would allow ACORN to be eligible to serve on regulatory boards over U.S. financial institutions, the SAME institutions that they held hostage to force bad loans to be issued in bad neighborhoods to people who couldn’t afford them, THUS CONTRIBUTING TO THE CURRENT ECONOMIC MELTDOWN. ACORN also blackmailed many of these financial institutions into giving them cash grants to support their illegal activities by threatening to picket their organizations or smear them in the press. This amendment was written & introduced by Maxin Waters (D-CA), the same woman that contributed to the Senate Cap & Tax legislation, and reveres Cuba's CASTRO! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!

Given the current climate of corruption and illegal activity by ACORN, and the legislature’s move to defund them (although Obama has not signed off on this action) it is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS that Democrats would have the audacity to suggest that these individuals be in a position of POWER over our financial institutions. WE NEED TO CONTACT THESE DEMOCRATS ON THIS COMMITTEE & LET THEM KNOW WE ARE AWARE OF WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. http://financialservices.house.gov/members.html

THEN WE NEED TO CONTACT OUR LEGISLATORS AND TELL THEM NO! This amendment must die, and ACORN MUST NOT OBTAIN A SEAT AT THE TABLE OF OUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS’ REGULATORY AUTHORITIES. This is OUTRAGEOUS and must be stopped immediately! We need to let these fools know that we are watching their every move and we won’t stand for it! KILL ACORN’S INVOLVEMENT IN H.R. 3126! CALL TODAY, THEN FORWARD THIS TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW!
