I am the Northeast Director of operations for Worldbridge Broadband Services. We are located in State College, PA. You seem to have limited experience in CATV and that will work against you. However, I have hired rookies in the past that had a true desire to learn and have had some good results. If you are willing to travel anywhere in the Northeast you may be a possible candidite for me in the near future.
