I didnt say it was going to be all bad, I did say it was job security, how long did it take you to teach the 98 year old lady the remote, she calls you 2 times a week, I don't think so, that is up to Comcast after we leave that house, yes, teach them the basics, that is why there is a remote manual but then no one ever thinks to look there...
