G, you just took the same words I just said and changed it around abit.  Like I said before, its a hand up(assistance only if needed).  Not a hand out(to live off of).  G, I am trying my best to work with you and meet in the middle.  You need to look at it from both sides.  I've been on both sides.  I've been a contractor and in-house.  I've had money rolling in and now I'm broke.  Seeing and being on both sides helps open the eyes alittle and relize what is going on.  If it takes getting scrutinized every three months to make sure somebody is still holding on to their part and looking for work no matter what it is.  Then so be it.  After 2 years or so.  They need to come off.  That should be a red flag by itself.
