Yes I think it is better than alcohol and I don't smoke either. But I did when I was younger. I found myself way more out of control from drinking than smoking. One thing, you never hear of someone who has been smoking pot, slam into a family of 5 because they are driving too slow.......and the only reason they went out in the first place was to get some munchies......lol
