In fact they are all free. Well free to the people that use them. I was thrown back when i heard about it but i guess it serves it's Purpose as i pay $400 a month for 3 cell phones and a air card, But it has been there for awhile and i think it started as a tool that women that was getting beat up was to use to call the police and it was just to call 911 i was suprised that they could call people and bump there gums on it
