Not a bad idea at all really, think about it, it's a starting point. People with good credit are usually responsible and educated,,,, BAM,,,,, there goes more than half the installers out there!! The half you just lost probably make up for 90% of the hacks that are out there causing the chargeback policies. Those with good credit are less likely to put up with the bullshit that goes on with phoney payroll deductions, Hence the "educated" part. Put that into hiring more responsible intelligent workers and the quality goes up in the work. When the quality goes up there is less chargebacks being administered and you are more valuable as an employee and can stand up to the used car salesman that is your boss. If you still get the shaft, you walk. "which should have happened all along" you now are a quality installer and are in demand. Ohhhh well, who the fuck am i kidding!!!
