Connexion Technologies is the "Prime". They have contracted DTV, DISH NETWORK, AT&T, EMBARQ, NUVOX to name a few. Those companies are working for Primecast. Just wanted to correct the above statement regarding who Connexion works for. As for Pay they have contracted an outside company to do the installs so the pay issue question needs to be asked about who they have contracted to do the work for them.
