I heard they are doing that again this year, and they are running into the same issues as the last time they did it. They are giving safety bonuses to guys who do not have an accident or injury on record, yet if you look at their truck, there are 5 big dents in it. The last time they did this, techs that were honest and reported everything, were furious and some quit. The dishonest techs laughed all the way to the bank, and they are really snickering now, because the previous time most of the trucks were a mess due to their age, now they are fairly new and the dents are obvious.

All it would have took would have been common sense, walk around a guys truck before you hand them the check, if there is damage, they get no check. Of course the project management tell corporate that they inspect these trucks weekly, thats bullshit. Now the supervisors have to deal with the morale issues.

One day somebody from their corporate office will show up unannounced and see the real deal.
