Pension are not investments.  You are talking about 401ks. Theres a BIG difference betewen 401Ks and pensions.  Pensions are guranteed by the law. A 401k can be wiped out.

All Im saing is when you duduct you expences and add the union guys paid med, WC, pension, paid days off you are not aheahd.
