This is pretty good,
But I gotta wonder,how far back can one go to grind a former "employer" and how do you get the money?
I think the whole point of these scams was to isolate the big guys. I took a subcontractor to court and got a judgment.
I can't find him or my money....but the more serious thing is I can't find a lawyer willing to go beyond that to hit the HSP because the contract was not with them.
Hmmmmmm!
But this is good...at least a lesson to learn going in. At least it will make things more clear to everyone. And it asks the other question..............why do this work?
