See... Now this is one item where I part my way with the Republican Party platform: Pro-Life issues.
I'm Pro-Choice.
The issue boils down to: "How to legislate morality". .... Simply put: "It can't be done".
The demographic data that State Rep. Dan Sullivan is asking for is the same statistical data that is collected by almost all State/County Health Departments for live births. Which I can agree with some of the data, but not all of it due to privacy issues. If they wanted fairness in the data collected from all pregnancies, they they should add in for the current live-births ..... Questions that collect information and data about adoptions and wards-of-the-state surrenders. Make them answer questions about "Why did you choose to give up your baby for adoption" type questions.
The types of data questions they are forming for abortions should also be gathered for adoptions.
