Re: 10-19-09

I use the "Wilmington's Guide To The Bible" to help me understand what I am reading. You can find a copy on Amazon or from Christian Book Distributors(cbd.com) relatively cheap. I also benefit from the Faith Bible Institute's course that the wife and I are taking. I wish I had the time to become a true theologian, and maybe someday I will, but for now, I have to rely on the men that God has given that ability to, and reap the benefits of all their hard work and research. Then I pray on it and ask God to help me to understand, to bestow wisdom and understanding that His word may mold me into the Christian He wants me to be, because after all that is the purpose of our lives, to glorify Him and we can't do that if we don't know how.
