Re: apartments are a waste of techs time and money

I am a DTV tech and our local office just put in effect immediate termination if we complete an install with no ground. Apartments if they have a LOS are easy and quick money. With apartments not have a grounding source we cannot install. I agree with the rule when it comes to residential and commercial buildings but not to MDU's.Anyone ever had or heard of a liability/damage claim in a MDU for not grounding a dish? Maybe a bad story or two will change my mind?
